Community 1st Development’s goal is to reestablish existing urban neighborhoods with the placement of our new homes and working with governmental and private agencies to demolish vacant and abandoned structures in those neighborhoods. In addition, Community 1st Development will work with the existing neighborhood homeowners so that they can obtain home rehabilitation and repair grants.
